These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement," "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you") and tg770 Casino ("tg770," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at tg770.club. tg770 is a licensed online casino operator regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and operates exclusively within the framework of Philippine gaming law.

By accessing the tg770 website, creating a tg770 player account, depositing funds, or participating in any game, promotion, or other service offered by tg770, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement and all documents incorporated herein by reference, including the tg770 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the tg770 platform in any capacity.

This Agreement applies to all services offered on the tg770 platform, including but not limited to: live casino games, slot games, sports betting, bingo, fishing games, arcade games, bonus programmes, and all payment processing activities. These Terms are published in English and, in the event of any inconsistency between translated versions (if any), the English version shall prevail.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To create and maintain a tg770 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must not have been previously self-excluded or excluded by tg770 from the Platform for any reason.
• You must not be registered on any Philippine-based self-exclusion list or PAGCOR exclusion database.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes. tg770 reserves the right to verify all registration information and to refuse, suspend, or terminate any Account where information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your tg770 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to disclose your login credentials to any third party and to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your Account.

tg770 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. 2FA provides an additional layer of security by requiring a time-sensitive one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered Philippine mobile number upon each login attempt.

You agree to immediately notify tg770 Customer Support if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account, any theft or loss of your Account credentials, or any security breach affecting your Account. tg770 will not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised activity resulting from your failure to maintain account security or to promptly report security incidents.

tg770 treats all actions taken through your Account — including deposits, wagers, withdrawals, and bonus claims — as authorised by you unless you have previously notified tg770 of a security compromise. You accept that tg770 is entitled to act upon any instruction received through your Account without verifying the identity of the individual actually issuing the instruction.

tg770 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, and supported cryptocurrency networks. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts or methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from an account or payment method not belonging to you — are strictly prohibited. tg770 reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as coming from a third-party source and to withhold associated winnings pending investigation.

Deposits are credited to your tg770 Player Balance promptly following successful confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method: GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited within seconds; bank transfers may require up to 30 minutes during normal processing hours. tg770 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banking systems, or network interruptions.

By depositing funds into your tg770 Account, you represent and warrant that: (a) all funds deposited are legitimately earned and are not proceeds of criminal activity; (b) the deposited funds are not subject to any legal dispute, claim, or encumbrance; and (c) you are depositing funds for the purpose of genuine entertainment gaming activity and not for the purposes of money laundering or any other illegal activity.

tg770 is required to comply with Philippine AML regulations. Unusual or suspicious deposit activity may be subject to enhanced due diligence, account holds, and mandatory reporting to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) in accordance with Philippine law.

Players may withdraw funds from their tg770 Player Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya, and ₱500 for bank transfers unless otherwise communicated on the Platform. tg770 charges no withdrawal fees on standard withdrawal methods.

All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of tg770's KYC verification process. Players who have not completed KYC may be required to do so before any withdrawal is processed. KYC verification requires submission of at least one valid government-issued Philippine identification document, which may include a Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, or Voter's ID.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, or to a verified payment method in the Player's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Cryptocurrency withdrawals will be processed to the withdrawal address provided by the Player, and tg770 accepts no liability for funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts average approximately 3 minutes; bank transfers are processed within 1–3 business hours during Philippine banking hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed subject to network confirmation times. During periods of high volume, processing times may be extended.

tg770 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where: (a) the Account is subject to a pending investigation; (b) tg770 suspects fraudulent, collusive, or bonus-abusive activity; (c) the Player has not satisfied applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; or (d) a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal from the same Account is under review.

tg770 offers various bonus promotions to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific Terms associated with each promotion, in addition to the general terms set out in this section.

Unless otherwise explicitly stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all tg770 promotions:

• Bonuses are credited in the form of Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated funds or winnings may be withdrawn.
• The wagering requirement will be specified in the promotion terms and is calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or a combination thereof, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Funds must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Only one bonus promotion may be active per Player Account at any given time unless the promotion terms expressly permit otherwise.
• tg770 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and in use.
• Bonus offers are intended for personal use only. Players found to be colluding to exploit bonus structures will have their bonuses voided and their Accounts reviewed for suspension.
• tg770 reserves the right to impose bet size restrictions during active bonus play as specified in individual promotion terms.

All games offered on the tg770 Platform operate according to the specific rules published within each game. It is the Player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with game rules and paytables before placing any wager. The tg770 Platform provides game information panels and return-to-player (RTP) data within each game interface.

All tg770 casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified for fairness and statistical randomness. RNG certification is a requirement of tg770's PAGCOR operating license. If a game round is disconnected before completion, tg770's server records the most recent valid game state. Upon reconnection, tg770 will apply the game outcome as determined by the server state at the time of disconnection, in accordance with the rules of the applicable game. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection during game sessions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tg770 Platform:

• Registering as or impersonating another person, providing false identification, or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location.
• Opening, operating, or using more than one (1) Account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, artificial intelligence tool, or automated system to access, play, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a way not consistent with normal human activity.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting any form of collusion with other players or third parties in any game on the Platform.
• Exploiting any technical error, software vulnerability, system loophole, or pricing error to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Making deposits or withdrawals through payment methods not registered in your own name or for the purpose of laundering funds.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other activity that violates Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) or any other applicable Philippine law.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or circumventing geographic restrictions through VPNs, proxies, or other technical means.
• Placing wagers as part of a system designed to guarantee profit regardless of game outcome, including but not limited to arbitrage, match betting, or coordinated bonus exploitation.
• Engaging in any conduct that is harmful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or offensive toward tg770 staff or other Platform users.

tg770 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming practices and the prevention of problem gambling. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, tg770 is required to implement and maintain responsible gaming measures in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework.

All registered Players have access to the following responsible gaming tools through their Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit into your tg770 Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the tg770 Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not permit you to: (a) copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any tg770 content; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any tg770 software; (c) use any tg770 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner without prior written consent; or (d) create derivative works based on any tg770 Intellectual Property.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tg770 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with the Player's use of, or inability to use, the tg770 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

tg770's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the Player to their tg770 Account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits tg770's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

tg770 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network outages, and technical failures may result in temporary Platform unavailability. tg770 will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to notify Players of planned maintenance in advance where practicable.

tg770 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at any time and without prior notice if tg770 reasonably believes that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity; (c) the Player has provided false or misleading registration information; (d) the Player is under 21 years of age; or (e) any other circumstance exists that tg770 determines warrants Account action in order to protect the integrity of the Platform or comply with applicable law.

You may request closure of your tg770 Account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon valid Account closure, any remaining Player Balance (exclusive of forfeited Bonus Funds) will be withdrawn to a verified payment method in your name within the applicable processing timeframe.

In the event of Account termination by tg770 for breach of these Terms, tg770 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Player Balance as compensation for losses or damages caused by the breach, subject to applicable Philippine law.

These Terms and all disputes arising from or in connection with them or the use of the tg770 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the tg770 Platform shall be referred first to tg770 Customer Support for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 calendar days, either party may refer the dispute to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, available to Players as a licensed Philippine gaming operator's regulatory escalation pathway.

If PAGCOR's mechanism does not resolve the dispute, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

tg770 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via notification on the Platform, by email to the registered address, or by SMS to the registered Philippine mobile number, as tg770 determines appropriate, at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the tg770 Platform following the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request Account closure before the amended Terms take effect.
